  • Unopened and Unused Items: Hair accessories must be returned in their original packaging, with any tags attached, and in a saleable condition.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they can return it for a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Non-Eligible Returns
  • Used Items: Due to hygiene reasons, returns of used hair accessories will not be accepted for a refund, with the exception of damaged or faulty products.
  • Items Marked “Final Sale”: Clearly identify any hair accessories as “Final Sale” on the product page and at checkout. These items cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Advise that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Clearly state if the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
